The current pursuit unit system is very frustrating, it would be nice if only Level 10 cops could call in a random pursuit unit from each tier (maybe level 8 can call in tier 2 units, and level 5 can call in tier 1 units, so that tier 3 which is the high speed one is only reserved for level 10 cops). Obviously it would be at a fee, which can be higher than the regular unmarked/marked vehicles that cops can call in at the moment. This would fix the unfair issue of cops having to constantly call in their personal vehicles and reinforce them for chases.
