Cargo Drop Mission (Nevada Aircraft)

My suggestion is to add a new cargo mission using the Nevada plane that focuses on mid-air supply drops.

1. Player takes the plane, taxis to load cargo, and takes off
2. 5 random drop zones/circle checkpoints appear in the air across the map
3. Pass through the checkpoint to drop the cargo.
4. After completing all drops, the player returns and lands to finish the mission
