Weed planting issue : plants don't grow up .

What exactly were you doing, with who, where etc.:	Planting weed outside : doesn't grow up , only when fertelizing or watering , they add those 5 percent and 1 percent
What did you expect to happen, and what actually happened? What is the bug?	they not growing up , for hours
Have others experienced the issue?	i don't think so

Can you replicate the issue? If so, please provide steps to do so.	nope
Can you think of any special circumstances that might have caused the issue?	it was my /obj to harvest some weed , maybe that have sth to do with it :/
