Army improvements

1. Clicking one of the "army requirements" should show you briefly what you need to do:



- Level 100 required - should show you in chat the same thing the command "/level" shows you.
- Highest police officer rank - should show you in chat the same thing the command "/xp" shows you.
- Max weapon skills - should show you the same thing the command "/weaponskills" shows you.
- Target Practice passed - should show you the same thing the command "/gps target" shows you.
- Recruitment test - should show you the same thing the command "/army" shows you.
- No infractions - should show you the same thing the command "/infractions" shows you.
- No PSOs - should show you the same thing the command "/pso" shows you.

I know there's a command for pretty much every thing but this is very beneficial for new players / players asking stuff about army. It should pretty much instructs you into what you are wrong about.

2. Add "/gps army" or "/gps armybase"

3. Add a blip on the map that shows you where you can start the army job from (very needed at this point, lots of people are asking about it!)

4. 30 min to restart the "Target Practice" mission is a bit harsh for people really wishing to join the military, maybe make it 5 mins - 10 mins.

Allow the above, Specially for the Target Practice cooldown time.

Additionally:


-ADD WARDROBE TO ARMY BASE: In order to change skin as PDs allow. Currently you can only change army skins at clothes shops

-ALLOW SKIN CHANGE AT PDs: Currently You can only change to cop skins even if you are on  active Army service

-ADD SERVICE VEHICLE MENU: Include more vehicles, even 1 Sparrow or Rustler every 45mins/2 in-game days. Rank required

-ADD VEHICLE IMPOUND AREA TO ARMY BASE: In order to repair service vehicles and impound

-ADD GRENADES TO ARMY AND PD ARMORY: Available for just army or all enforcers.

-ENABLE HIGH-RANK ARMY MEN TO ARMOR SEASPARROW: Enable only high-rank soldiers to armor SeaSparrows to have 1100hp rather than 800hp (technically, it only has 550hp because it explodes at 250hp or lower)

-CREATE AN AIRCRAFT REPAIR KIT: In order to repair planes and helis. Can be rank limited

-CREATE a HIGH-RANK SKIN WITH PERKS: Like the SWAT skin, with headshot protection and High-rank exclusive vehicles such as SeaSparrows (Spawnable every 45 mins or more).
