Adding /threats for ARMY (Donator only maybe)

I’ve always had the idea of adding a command that shows all threat suspects, instead of having to scroll through the tab list. Now that the ARMY class is being introduced, this could be added as an extra feature to promote ARMY over the regular police class. I’m a bit skeptical about it, but I’m open to the possibility of making it donor-only if necessary.
