MCNR 2026 VISION - COMBAT REWORK

Locked

Given the miserable state of MCNR and It's combat I believe 2026 should be the year of changes, we should try to shift the meta to see how It goes.

I think we should focus on buffing base damage of assault rifles (Not headshot damage), people will be more inclined to use weapons If they actually differ in performance, for example AK should be more of short-medium range rifle with high damage whilst also having higher damage dropoff, on the other hand M4 should be fit for longer range combat

AK should be 14>12>8 whilst M4 should be 12>10 (Only one dropoff)

Another change should be the Pump shotgun, It's weak and new players struggle with It. Increase It's damage to 43 this way It'll be pretty efficent as a weapon with very limited mobility.

Deagle? Make it so damage drops off from 41 to 37 (Far distance dropoff)

Country rifle - 47 > 40 > 35 (It's way less mobile and reliable than Sniper rifle so making it have higher damage would be fair tradeoff)

Now you have shifted the foot combat meta with few of these changes now let's focus on driveby

Restrict it to SMG's and pistols, this way the combat won't be as retarded and unbalanced for new players and they won't leave the game after 15 minutes.

I really wanna be active again if combat is made more fair
Bring back combat from 2021 where most of it was focused on drive by and not running on foot in circles
Lower the low range distance from 15 meters to 5 meters max and then we got a server way easier to balance then the current system

I will try and re-visit the weapon values soon, I think AR's definitely needs buffing (previous/current ones were always mine)

If 2026 will the year of weapon damage value changes, I will definitely return to MCNR. #MMGA2026

I like every change except the deagle one
I think you can move it to approved suggestions cause the changes kinda align with what Cashewz wrote
