Are bounties refunded once the hunted player quits the game? ('/q')

Title says it all.

Yesterday I have placed a bounty on Claude for $10,000 and he (after some minutes) quitted the game. He later connected and said "i wAs LagGiNg brO" but this is a normal excuse of him.

Regardless, the question I wanted to raise is are the bounties that I put on someone's head refunded to me once they quit the game and their head prize is clear from the hit list ('/hits')?

I know the $500 are not refunded of course, but I wanted to know if the $10,000 are.

That happened to me some days ago, i have placed  a bounty on a player who robbed me then some time he have left he said " iM gOnNa SlEeP bYe "

I Think mike should add a system when you place a hit in a player and when he left you can get refunded

Players often timeout to avoid, some quit too. Bounties are not refunded, but it should not remain the way it is today..
P.S: This topic most likely is gonna convert into a suggestion, so i guess you should post it there.
