Make donators able to buy lotto in discord echo or in the commands channel

Quality of life change for donator players.

I dont think its possibile since its a in-game only feature, also whats the point of this, like just go in game and do /lotto (?)

Sometimes I'm too lazy to hop in-game just to type one command. +1

Yeah let's make it so you don't have to go in-game at all and can just use /sniper in the echo channel to kill someone
