Make sure to check your internet during that time because those issues appear when your internet is lagging
use /pl to check your packetloss and /ping to check your ping

Let me give you a tip based on my experience
Basically when your packetloss is above 0.50% you will experience a few lag
Some people experience lag even at 0.20% packetloss
And your ping anything above 200 is considered high ping and you will experience a few lags
So when your net is around these mentioned values you will notice lags and delays
For me a fine net is 0.00% packetloss and under 150 ping
when your net is above 0.50% packetloss and 180+ ping you will be lagging
Basically when your packetloss is above 0.50% you will experience a few lag
