If you become inactive long enough your house will be set ablaze and firefighters finally have something else to do other than be reskinned paramedics. Houses that are burning need to have their flames put out both outside and inside for an added challenge. there could even be injured npcs that has to be sent to the hospital by paramedics. all EMS units that participated will be given a huge money and xp bonus

Good one. There should be more variation to medic & firefighter events.
However, that will require a lot of testing work, since there are a whole lot of properties around San Andreas to be abandoned, and so infinitely more locations to set extinguishable fire particles in.

We could also get house insurance so in case house burns, we get some money lol but I guess nothing from that since this isn't rp server.
Me and several other players quit playing because my house didnt set on fire. If a solution was added for this issue, it would definitely motivate us to return.
