just like the old times if u want to report a staff member u just do it on forums rather than making a special gmail acc so ur personal info such as ur name and shit dont get exposed, Staff members should also be treated as normal players as they can also make mistakes. forums exist where everyone should be treated equally if a player is joining staff he should be brave enough so that getting reported for his own wrongdoing isnt that bad for him and getting reported for it publicly isnt any sort of issue for him. normal players gets reported in an open manner on forums without any problem caused and get punished openly, staff complaints should also be handled publicly or remove player complaint section from forums entirely (and make shit more complicated for u and players)

Apply rules and everything same to the staff members too
for example: if a rule states the r word is only punishable if it is used repeatedly for normal players than it should include staff members too, (only punishable when used multiple times).

I agree Because we see that they are exploiting their power to do things that are against the rules and punishing us for them Because they know it's boring to write a complaint on email. I think making everything equal makes normal players feel satisfied and comfortable.
+1 but dont abuse it and report people for stupid reasons as it happen to dani where he had 9/10 not good reports just because people hated him

Problem with staff complaints on why they became closed to public is due to a fact of how many people become thrilled over a staff complaint being made by a certain player.
In this case, it was better to keep it in between the management.

Yeah he shouldnt get insulted by everyone because of the complaint. Just punish people who insult staff, I always said that. Like people being toxic to them(not arguing, that's not toxic) since if a staff member also insults someone he gets demoted. I think people are feeling like people are going into staff to not be punished as hard and they don't feel the result of their complain by keeping it by email. And also making another email address for reporting a staff is crazy.
