Add commands so players can vote to change the weather or switch cities. Perhaps at the end of the week, there could be a vote for the next city.
Why?
It's no secret that when San Fierro comes after Los Santos, a large number of players disconnect from the server. Sometimes players want to play in a specific city, and the city switch makes them leave the game. (Additionally, San Fierro is much less developed compared to Las Venturas or Los Santos.) I'm not asking for it to be removed, just that we be given the option to vote.
As for the weather, it's simply to allow us to choose the weather we like the most as players.
-1 For the idea of choosing the city you want I think that the current automatic change between cities (from one week to another to change the city) is good and does not require change.
+1 for the idea of changing the weather you like, this will help a lot with the way some players play.

City is not necessary cuz some players might need that 3 sec to finish something and a voting could make them work more
City change is fine as it is. I don't recognise a lower playerbase when the active city is San Fierro.
I agree for a weather change votation but I'm 100% sure Mike will reject the weather votation because he seeks "realism" and a lot of people here are low-end users who dislike the rain because they tend to get lower fps due to the rain or the roads are slippery (some people don't mind it)
