IT'S 2025, TIME FOR CHANGES, TIME FOR CHANGES IN MANAGEMENT I'M RUNNING AS OFFICIAL CANIDATE FOR OPERATIONS MANAGER.

RALSEI 2025 CAMPAIGN TARGETS

Hold people who hired people like Zack or Overdoz into staff team accountable
Ensure game rules are easy to comprehend without 10 custom interpretations
Put pressure on Mike in order to make him care for the server (Today server had 7 players in afternoon hours)
Reform staff team (Centralization of staff)
Ensure player safety by removing people suspected of leaking player's info (You know who you are)
Make staff do their job (Monthly quota increased, less perks for being inactive ingame)
ACTUAL EVENTS NOT JUST DTS 24/7
0 tolerance for cheaters (Cheats which directly give advantage over others are perma now) (Shit like teleporting from checkpoint to checkpoint will still be 6 months and etc as It's not invasive but It's still a major rulebreak)
More diversity in staff team (80% Of staff team is east-central asia)
Equality and safety for every player
Give players more voice in the community
Introducing effective methods to prevent playerbase retention and attract new players.
