/market - To buy donator status from players

Add an info box (like inventory) where players can put Donator status offers for in-game money.

Usage:

*Players will be first asked whether they want to purchase Donator status or they want to add an offer for other players. (Or use /market to buy and /marketadd to add an offer)

1. A player who can donate to the server will use the command /market to set an offer for Donator status
    - It will show up as a list.
2. Once someone clicks to buy, all staff members will be notified and one of the staff members should assist the process.
3. Once the player has confirmed the donation via Google Forms, and Mike approves it, the Donator status will be given to the buyer and the payment should automatically complete.

You really do not need coding for this, just allow admins to act as middleman in order to transfer donator status and that's all.

+1 Really good idea I am one who I am still looking for Seller Donator I think it will make it easier to search for the seller. Only by displaying offers In the game
