A donation feature??

I was thinking about donators should have the ability to buy any car from any car dealerships but the catch will be it will cost like 5k extra or more if bought from dealership it didn't belonged to, just like some cars can only be bought from certain places, and it can be a donation feature to add

5k extra is not big amount to be honest in current economy. It should be high, atleast 20 percent of the car cost.

Well, then the feature would be useless. 200k for just 2 min road? while buying an Infernus
