Make players need to have a monthly playtime to keep their houses

Make it so that players need to have a minimum number of hours per month to keep their houses.

Why?

This way, we stimulate the economy and prevent players from logging in only once a month just to avoid losing their houses.

Half yes, half no

Why? Yes because It'll encourage activity
No? There's nothing to do in the game so forcing people to keep their virtual house by playing a stale game is not a way out

If they are bored in game let me have their houses then  😆 since they don't enjoy the game anymore what's the point of owning a house In a server that you don't like?

There is far greater joy and satisfication in keeping the houses knowing that others want it so bad but they can't have it  😆

- First tactic, unban all players to increase the player count.
Its done but still 10-20 average players.

- Now, force players to play game for certain hours like a job with no pay to keep houses.

Next
- Players must pay $200 to keep their houses.

Keep up suggestions instead of fixing the root cause. 😀

agree with it it's 100% correct, make the playtime more joyful rather than forcing em to play

If people don't feel like willingly playing then what's the point of hoarding the houses, you can always sell them before you decide to take a break

Exactly.

I suggest setting the threshold at 10 hours.

If the server is so unfun to you that you can't stand playing it even for 20 minutes a day, then what's the point of taking up up to 5 properties?

This must not be a major nuisance though and should mostly concern players who already have a ton of money and are hoarding houses in affluent areas like Richman and Mulholland, only to appear ingame for literally a minute and disappear into the dark for another month.
Make the activity time  limit less than a month maybe two weeks or 15 days rather than increasing the playtime. As it will not force anyone and no one will be affected by it
