Instead of using telephones to place a bounty on someone just add a command “/bounty [name/id] ”,so a player can order a hit contract from anywhere.
With the current bounty system,even if I want to place a bounty on someone I feel to lazy to go to a telephone and place it.
Whenever a player places a bounty,obviously he will get 1-2 stars,you decide that.
I guess this will make bounties to be placed more often.
Also if this gets accepted,allow players to place it from jail too,only that their jail time will be increased (since it’s a crime committed from a prison cell).
Rules stays the same,the hit placer can be killed by it’s victim,therefore the bounty is cancelled,but the hit placer CANNOT kill his own hit.
