Change the method to get the security card from the banks

The only way to get the security card is if you rob the safe.

Important issues:

- I cannot solo the bank and get a 30k bag
- If I am robbing the safe, I will be getting somewhere between 10k - 15k and some strangers that I am helping out might be getting 30k~ which is not cool
- I cannot /bagdrop any stolen bag from ANY safe (known bug)

This severely discourages robbing the bank, in my opinion.

What it would help:
- Get the security card by threatening the bank manager (if anyone says this currently works, it doesn't)
- Getting a money bag from ANY safe (casino, small bank) should give more money like 25k, suggested it before and it has not been buffed properly like promised. It's just not worth robbing a safe for 15k...
- You should be able to /bagdrop any money bag stolen from a safe (just like you can from bank robberies)

I think the solution here is the way everyone already plays the bank robbery.

Crack the safe, get the keycard, take no money from the safe and take a bag at the vault.
The money part of the safe should just be removed so you don't accidentally take any.

i Think he should remove that Getting key card from safe , threating bank Manager good idea tho to get keycard , or if he wanna let keycard inside safe well he gotta increase mb to 55k / 60k because now its too hard to open safe for keycard (it takes time) and killing bankguard ( almost your armor's gone ) and take like 20sec to open the  valut with keycard to get like  33k / 39k mb .

This functionality should be changed asap as nobody even bothers to rob banks anymore and this has a huge negative impact on the overall gameplay.

At least make the key card 'obtainable' by threatening the bank manager. You do not need to rob the safe as the most money is in the big vault.
