Sometimes I don't want the parachute to be automatically equipped when jumping from a helicopter at low altitude. It can cause problems because it changes the order of your weapons, and sometimes the parachute gets bugged. This can be resolved by adding an option in the interaction menu:
Auto-equip parachute on/off.

Most of the time anticheat triggers on the parachute given by server automatically for falling off a heli and removes it mid parachuting / skydiving.
That's a SAMP built-in feature therefore, it cannot be disabled.
The parachute is given by the game.
I could try to disable it, but I'd end up having to remove the entire parachute from you.
Generally the game is ok with giving you the parachute only if from a significant height.
I've decided it's not something I am going to bother with.
