Honestly, I find this really annoying. If I plant weed, I'm not supposed to be able to become a cop and let it grow, only to later harvest it as a civilian? As a player who constantly switches between being a cop and a civilian, I find it quite annoying and it discourages me from trying to grow weed.
Make it so the plants don't get destroyed if you become a cop.

Weed is illegal if any cop sees your weed ofcourse they will seize it but you are a cop and you have an illegal weed planted? This will just be used to avoid cops from seizing your weed
It's like asking "Let red kill 10 cops and option to become cop without going to jail".
