Cop School!

Why?:Since most of the cops dont even bother reading the rules.

School for cops which a citizen must attend if they are joining the cop rank for the first time or when the cop broke a rule.

It should contain a series or rules and question like an exam should be atleast 30 minutes and if they break a rule they will be sent back to school.

It can also be a practical school practicing with simple bots that have committed different crimes, for absolute beginners. Idk if that's gonna really work on SAMP though anyway.

You have to go through a test where if you reach 90% you pass the test and you get your police id and be able to go onduty for the first time.

This has been partially worked on, but I haven't reviewed it myself.

My main concern is a language barrier. Part of me doesn't want foreign players unable to play as a cop because they can't follow the test. I suppose that means we'd want to make it multi-lingual.

I did actually, when starting MCNR, intend to make everything translatable, however it wasn't easy/feasible. But doing it for this and maybe the rules would be nice.
