Add this arena on the duel

As far as i see, there is only 2 of places that we use the most on dueling,(Warehouse arena, Shooting range), i suggest adding a good arena that have a background music when fighting it makes the fight more on fire and fantastic, it will be a good idea if we use it in here.

Better than warehouse tbh

+1 adding some arcade background music in /duels could be fun
