Make players who commit RDM or any serious offense against another player pay the victim instead of receiving an infraction (the offender can choose between receiving the infraction points or paying a percentage of their total money (perhaps 5% or 10%, but it cannot be less than a specific amount, let's say 250k, for example).This way, the victim can feel satisfied after the offense they received, and players who care about their in-game money will think twice before committing an offense.
Rule-breaking leads to Infractions, and Infractions leads to a Ban.
There is no logic on letting Rulebreakers "choose" the punishment (Inf or Refund).

And what if the victim choose the money instead of giving the player the infraction?
This suggestion is open to changes and feedback from other players. It could be intended only for players who insult other players' families or commit serious offenses unrelated to RDM.
Actually, I think taking money from people for breaking rules is a good idea. A lot of people probably look at infractinos and go 'meh'. Perhaps each point should take 100k from you, and people would stop. Perhaps it should be based on % of your wealth.
I'm strongly considering this.
-1 as this will cause the server to lose players, these days the player count is really low and doing something like this would further make it lower leading to a bad server.

This would stop the rdmers doing it on purpose.

As Mike mentioned, both punishments are just PLUS, its not an option to select one.
If this becomes option, users like Munna having 850m will always pay for infractions.
Anyway, I only support this if this is added addition to infraction else -1.
