Make it so that FCR-900 spawns independently of the city we're into, just as like the Journey that always spawns in Las Barrancas, or the Infernus that spawns in Doherty's Driving School, etc... This suggestion is mainly who has the bad luck of catching an /exportlist that has an FCR-900 listed. The spawnpoint can be wherever, for example spawning in Missionary Hill, etc.
Make a fix spawn for FCR-900
Having a dedicated reliable vehicle spawn for a model makes export too easy. You shouldn't be able to know exactly where an FCR-900 spawns for an easy way to do the export list - you should have to go looking for it. There are lots of random bike spawns around the map. I'm not going to guarantee model spawns.
