new FBI skins

I think you'd agree that the FBI skin is unwell. So, why not having some new cool FBI skins that don't go overboard ruining the classic taste of SA?

These skins are:
- easy to code
- realistic
- they improve the FBI
- they are in line with the idea of keeping MCNR close to the classic GTA SA, because these are by default off-duty cop skins.

You're right, but my point is to script that to be FBI skins along with that default XXXL FBI skin. Right now we have 2 CIA skins, we have several regular cop skins, we can have more FBI and I think Mike better add even female FBI skin as well.

I really don't see the point
