Grow Houses

Inspired by Fapfvl

Idea:
Expand the current weed script to allow players to create a grow house in areas like Ganton, El Corona, and East Los Santos. Being able to create grow houses within trailers would also be a good idea.

Player requirements:
Must purchase soil, plant pots, and grow lights, in addition to the current requirements.

Unintended consequences:
This will likely make undesirable properties (such as trailers) desirable and provide properties with more utility. This could also provide even more usage of the property script.

Balancing:
If a police officer goes past a property that is growing weed above a certain grow level (60%?) then they will have a random chance of smelling marijuana from the property. This chance could increase as the plant gets closer to 100%. If a police officer receives this message, they can raid the house as if a suspect was inside.

I like the suggestion but seems hard to implement. Also, not just trailers, if you got the place, you got the place. Lets say you must own the property or something. Prople can also smell it, you get wanted if cops find it. 5 stars anyway

It's a grow house so it doesn't have to fit perfectly, I think a few potted "tomato" plants could fit in a trailer, even if a bit tight. But it's a grow house, so it's not really going to be 'lived in' and look neat. I've seen other servers implement this a few different ways including creating custom interiors
