Rule Suggestion: Do not target/hunt only one player again and again

Something i have experienced, some players hunt (rob/attack) only one player, there are alot of player on server to rob and attack but why targeting only one player again and again. my suggestion is to add a rule for civilians for not hunting only one player.
Just having a situation, A player (X) targets player (Y), X robs and attack Y again and again which makes Y gameplay annoying and makes him rage quit.

Put all of your money in the bank to avoid being robbed. It's as simple as that, there's no need for a rule.
Just target pop smoke and you'll be rich
I agree.

Let's face it, there's an unwritten rule that experienced players tend not to target each other, making it unfair for new players. The update to revenge killing has helped to prevent this 'targeting' and made the server much fairer for newbies/solo players, but the same type of update is needed for the usage of /rob.

Many experienced players do this, especially in groups when they heavily outnumber others, making new players want to quit. If a new player quits, they're likely to never return. As much as I personally would not like this if it were implemented, for the good of the server (increasing the player base) there should be a limit of at LEAST 12-24 hours game time (12-24 minutes IRL).

I remember being a new player and having groups of players come up to me and /rob turn by turn. The effort was laughable but over time it just felt like bullying, making it feel pointless earning money if it's going to get robbed anyway.

If I earned over 20m after this update, I'd never log in again as it's very unfair for players that earned a lot of money before the tax update, for example, I don't see this lovely player around much anymore:

thats what my point is it annoys new/noob/solo players when they get robbed in a group a single player again and again.

bump...

i want to add one thing. some players are gaining advantage of some loopholes.
Eg: A Player robs a cop and then runs to his crewmate cop and bribe him and which don't even give a chance to robbed cop to arrest and get the money back.

Not a skill issue, if you are playing as a cop, a player who robbed you and bribe his cop crewmate to evade his wanted level.
As a cop you can't arrest or take revenge from innocent.

How long does it take to rob the same player again

If i deposit the money in bank, the robber are the bank taxes...
The way I see things from my perspective, if you (whoever it may be) are being targeted over and over again there are probably a few reasons as to why.

Reason #1 - You are an easy target, you would rather let someone rob you and carry on with your time rather than fight back.

Reason #2 - You cannot fight.

Reason #3 - You created some form of beef with the players robbing you over and over again.

Reason #4 - They know you have a lot of cash on you, who wouldn't rob a walking ATM.
