/findrepair

Analogous to /findheal (dist), a /findrepair (dist) would come in handy for mechanics in search of occupied vehicles in need of maintenance. Different descriptors can be applied as well (requires maintenance, requires engine revival, requires tire replacement)

would be helpful for mechanics but mechanic must ask players before going after them to repair +1

yes but finding repairable vehicles isnt a alrdy activated thing so adding that will be good
