Damage is fine the way it is, since there are mostly sedan gangs shooting a car and you need a chance to try to escape or reunite with your own gang.

So, all this gangbanging trash can't do a shit without cars? And anyway, players without gangs should be also taken into account, they are not minority and deserve a chance to stand with skill, not always running from OP drive byers.

I no longer play this anymore so no but I do remember those two drive-by players, why not just assemble your own sultan gang or something

Because you don't want to abandon all your objectives and focus on gathering gang and roaming in a city pointlessly and fighting other drive byers, for me this is just boring and not profitable

If you want to be a solo cop/criminal, that is the risk you take of being taken down by a group of cops/criminals who are in a sultan or something along the lines.
