Property tax

Who TF will want to loose their money by selling their property in cheaper price. If I had purchased a property for 3m then to get safe from taxes do i I really need to sell it cheaper than 3m? In case if it took 4 days to sell house, then with this logic I need to pay 20% which will be 600k of 3m. If I sell it for 2m to make it cheaper, I would be loosing 1m + 600k that is 1.6m.
Great logic.
Yoo guys question did houses give advantage ig? Alr we are paying Bank taxes that's enough why house's tax and as soon as add Car taxes and Weapons taxes ? 😆

Idiot, 10% of base house value (not player sales)

You can buy it for 10m but you'd still pay 10% percentage out of avery properties price

Logic for dummies.

Taxes = People will want to sell houses faster = Houses will become cheaper and rotation of them will be bigger = More "better" houses avaliable

+If a house has base bank price of 345k you pay 34,5k every 2 gamedays. Sounds pretty good, innit?

NO that's 345K every 20 game days
See Clink making a fool of himself here lmao

Ommit the calculation part and suggest a "property tax" without such calculation.  +1 for generally a property tax, specially when businesses will be added to the game
I am planning to add either 'asset tax' or 'asset maintenance fees' (or both) one day. I think if you have 5 properties and 10 garages and 50 vehicles, you should be paying an ongoing fee for them.
Well my property got sold for inactivity so i don't have to worry about this
Mike pls stop smokin grass as weed
y u accepted this shitty suggestion?? bruhhh
Please don't use gamedays(player has to he active to pay it and the problem is there are people who own houses, login 1/month for 2 minutes and logoff). Even tho you're not on the server you need to pay it, lets say every 24h irl. If you don't have the money, sell it to avery. I also think this will punish the poor not the rich but i have 120m so I don't mind, lol. I just want to see the houses moving, not people keeping them for years without ever selling them.

The worst suggestion that messed up WTLS 2/3 by giving a player a fixed nr of days to own a property and lose it.

The taxation is fine but losing the property sucks, just because a noobie player can't make enough money to propose purchase offer doesn't mean one has to bear the grant of losing his/her property or properties.
worst ever but it got approved
I mean yes, exactly as I said, this will punish the poor players more then the rich. Plus will reduce property values even more.

The only good thing will be that it will force inactive people to play or lose the house.

You all think paying 28k every 2 gamedays (When you are playing, It's not counted when ur offline) for a house worth 140k (avery properties price) is gonna make you bankrupt
