you're right that's why there must be requirements like reaching lvl 50, the same way that the hidden goo mission is, if it wasn't ppl could misuse that paying mission in the same way. And a property that you can lose if you don't pay it back and some money to own like 1m or whatever idk

I think this could easily get abused. People will just not pay anymore or might find ways to exploit it.
