Limit prices for houses

Dont buy ?

People can sell their shit at any price

Also money are useless and easy to make nowadays so if u dont have that much and u see that expensive then u playing the server in a wrong way

lol why do you think it's a personal problem of mine? No I'm not looking forward to benefit myself. But, there should be a balance in-game. In the same way that there's a limit on minimum price right? There should be a limit on maximum price to make it fair on both the buyerS, who's not just Jex, and the sellers who's not only Jex as well.
And by the way, just a life tip, this logic of selling your stuff at whatever price you wish has been implemented in a country like Iran. You can check what the results are.

What "abuser" I see no abuse in pricing a house the way you like.

*waits for Clink to call you a "pennies picker"*

-1. The market should be free lol. I make money reselling houses, why should that be taken away from me just because the start is hard. Rob bank, buy a shitty house from avery, try to sell it for more money, repeat till you can afford the house you want.

I should post a new suggestion because people are getting it wrong and think I'm looking for a house.

1. I'm not looking for a goddang house
2. I have enough cash ffs

Look this is my suggestion people, "Set a value to houses" which means change the minimum and maximum price for houses to a reasonable amount. Clink has a mansion in LS, the minimum price for that must be set high and the maximum even higher, alright? I don't want cheaper houses to buy for myself.
And a garbage house in LV deserts must have a set value to it, so the minimum and maximum price must be set reasonably, specially now that Mike has accepted to add "property tax". This can facilitate it.
Idk if you think this is not alright then okay
