I know, I'm talking about the current infraction/PSO system improvements. Less inf = discounted prices :/ and taking no rev = bonus.
pso is for experienced players. and it's impossible to reach that much psos unless someone does it intentionally bro

That is not true at all. PSO can be given to anyone as the first PSO is just a warning, while the second PSO will cut your xp (if I am correct, 250 XP)
