Just higher the cost of weapons or ammunations that cops can buy from their room locker ( that cloth sign in blue color).It prevents the cops wasting their ammos.
Just for example :
Civilians can buy m4 (rifle) for $1600 (120 ammos) and cops? They just get 100 ammos for literally $97?
What the heck is this?
