It's a samp in-built thing. Upon City Change The Object Attached To Player dont get reset or deleted.
The object can be deleted after death or re-log.
or can be fixed, if Player Object Attached get reset upon city change but it can reset clothing items as well on reset.

| Description | If you get a casino moneybag(tested on rockshore west casino) and the city changes, the bag does not get removed but all the information on it does. You cannot see the timer. The place where you can deliver the bag stays drawn tho. |
