3.jail time should be increased
4.Minimum Bribe price  for who were most wanted should have a set a limit as min brbing price is $1200
5.Going between floors inside pd should not be allowed based under only cops should be able to acces those doors

i can make more like these but u wont accept any of these but you also know these are facts and reasonable suggestions...so you should think of what server you are running, they say its unbalance each and everytime when they make a sugg againts cops and you too trust what they say, this phrases "cops are too op" "server is unbalanced" will lead  your server to a RDM server, You should
not think of how cbcnr died, there are many reasons to a fall of a great kingdom and there were, only one and same reason wont be a reason for an another fall

1266 Time played 1171 hours played as a cop
1266 - 1171 = 195 hours as a civilian or other Jobs
I bet you spent like 98% of the 195 hours just fishing just to get to level 50
Just Look at your player stats
Robberies = 56
Crimes = 1553
Vehicle Stolen = 117
Fish caught = 3569
so out of the 1266 hours playtime you barely played as a civ as BeateN said you want total immunity from every criminal just look at your own suggestion.if you want these kinds of things BeateN has left a solution for you
