Helping lil bit as owner for house and inactive

My point is clear that players who r playing mcnr for long time they bought houses (for any reason) they pay a huge amount to buy a house and then if they get banned for over a month or. Were inactive due to some issue they lost the house and the money they spent on the house my suggestion is as server holds the record that who bought a house and for how much money and if the houses got sold to avery gibe those players 70%amount of  what they used to buy the house i hope developers and mike will understand what im saying. Especially players like me that have houses in bay rich and ganton or any other area it costs a lot it will help players to get smething for the house even after inactivity

When properties are sold due to inactive owners, they get a 75% refund. If this isn't working, submit a bug report with more info.
