Ya when the criminal/cop ratio is very high then we can allow the army ,i remenber one day when karbz was an army officer and there were 15 mws on cj s house roof, it was so fun to play.

nah man when he was child he asked army toys to play but no one gifted him army toys thats how he got mental issue
