Kal. how a player will know that when he recalls his car that he dont even use often will loose its neons and now he have to turn on recording
I was simply driving around as i remember in my pv (bullet) called my sultan and when i tried to turn neons on a msg appeared that there are no neons on this car

There are like 4 to 5 players here that said it happened with them too +i added a report from confirmed bugs here

First thing the report was from known issues not confirmed bugs and second all we asked is for evidence that can help us replicate the bug having 4 or 5 players saying it happened to them won't help us replicating it
