car neons bug

it happened to me 2 times as i remember 1st time it happened with an infernus that my rainbow neons got removed for some reason dont know y so i ignored it 1st time but it happened again on my sultan again rainbow neons got removed from my car i asked an admin about it he said if it happens again tell me

same fucking thing happened to me 1 week ago, requested refund in ask and they asked for proofs.

they aint removed.type /neons to on it and type /autotoggle to set ur neons manual.

We can't really do anything with this report because no evidence is provided. Next time Please provide evidence image/video(if possible) when creating a bug report.

Same thing happened with me 2 times my rainbow Neons gone.there is no way to record that bcoz we don't know whne it got removed.

Well there is no way to replicate this with this report because the things said here is the neons are gone by this report we can't know what he was doing before it got removed and why it got removed

I guess mike need to check Neons script once. Maybe he find something.

how exactly are we supposed to know how this thing occurred? simply all everyone here said is it got removed and nothing else is posted not even actions log of the time the incident occurred so we can know what happened before it disappeared or what caused it to disappear.

We can't submit a bug if we were not able to replicate it. My neons were never removed, playing with them for a long time, we need more information to understand why they are getting removed, otherwise we got not case.

First thing the report was from known issues not confirmed bugs and second all we asked is for evidence that can help us replicate the bug having 4 or 5 players saying it happened to them won't help us replicating it

Exactly, it will take for us also months to replicate it, that's the truth. We can't test something that happens one time per month. We have to understand why it's happening.
