In game: GucciWalker
But my computer is broken now, and I'm typing on the phone. I don't know if my computer will change IP once reset, I hope not, so how should I make you accept that I am the owner of GucciWalker?

Your ip address here does not match what it is ingame.

The IP still doesn't match, so we can't really proceed with the reset request unless you speak to Mike.

forgot password and need to reset it.

Your IP address at forum doesn't match the one in the game so I can't confirm that it is you to reset it.

i often change my wifi network for gaming and work, so maybe i can confirm it in another way?
i am using the same computer tho

Well now the IP is totally different. so I don't know what PC you were using to access the account before. It's not even in the same range.
