Different Virtual World
Its not any type of virtual world, its just your internet connection problem. Your internet just got bad and you got desynced. Thats all.

I don't know how this can happen with 0% package loss & 50 ping but seems like you're sherlock 😛

So when 1.15 was in development, the LS Casino's interior Turismo was spinning. I did that by setting its rotation on a very frequent interval, and it caused this bug when exiting the casino, so I removed the spinning. It was consistent and happened 99% of times I left the casino when the Turismo spun. But I haven't seen it in any other situation.
