We shouldn't get WL for self defence/killing who robbed us

It doesn't make sense that if we self defence, we still get rekt by the cops. Or if we try to get our money by killing the thief, the cops still kill us :/

Whilst I agree with no wanted level for self-defence (as San Andreas is based in the U.S. with strong self-defence laws), I don't think the same should apply for robbery as it would still be a crime to hunt down and kill someone that robbed you as this would no longer be deemed self-defence.
