What's hard to understand Mike
You have a good server with excellence scripts
But
If you have shit staff members who take the life seriously over a video game and abusing players then obviously your sever will become shit and you know that.
This happened in other servers and that means pattern up your staff.
How do you see future of MCNR?

Hm... this is quite flattering.
If mike keeps doing useless stuffs and doesn't listening to itself community i will not be surprised if the server is so dead but some people will still play it of course but less players, The server is slowly dying now i am waiting for the update too if its bad or good i will be back playing if the server is completely balanced now, We'll see in the future.

It's been quite a time since the last major update. I do expect a huge update in the near future. Some new features I would like to see are listed below:-
- Drug system
- Crew System
- Casino Heist
- Lowered weapon cost for civilians
- Maybe bring back Monster Truck as a donator exclusive vehicle too
As discussed above about "nerfing" cops, I don't think it's something Mike can do just by a single change of script since the problem is not entirely in the script but in the mindset of other players. He can't force players to play as a cop or criminal. Most of the players play as a cop because of the stereotype created by other players about how overpowered it is to be a cop. My suggestion is to make cops lose more money (say $1000) upon dying so they don't relentlessly keep attacking criminals. Also, increase the prices for their ammo. Cops can literally buy ammo at 1/10th the price of Ammunation which is another reason why people feel cops are overpowered. Other suggestions could be made later but these kinda feel necessary to me at the moment.

There are many ups and down in last 6 month in mcnr.. But that doesn't mean You all Start criticise mcnr.
lack of updates doesn't mean server is bad or slowly dying.. Fun fact is that players saying they will leave server if server not get update soon..
I bet u there is not a single player who intentionally leave mcnr(ban is a exception) bcoz environment created by mike on mcnr is unique and you will not find this type of server in whole samp.
If u just want to do rdm and happy to use aimbot and other cheats then definitely u got a prblm in this server.
While on other server even a noob player fuck a pro player with the help of aimbot and other cheat hacks.
Mcnr is all about to enjoy ur free time with ur Frnds

So many people want the cops to be nerfed but in my opinion, there's a good counter-suggestion to boost the payouts that civilians/criminals get, which would create a situation of high risk / high gain for criminals specifically, but that belongs more to the suggestions board anyway.
Elsewise overall, the server is doing well but I don't know how many (potential) players are willing to put up with the increasing toxicity and lenient handling thereof. Perhaps it's just me but I prefer it when people don't turn (at least) the main chat into a slur-fest.
(Oh, and the economy. Us peaceful players need more stuff to spend our hard-earned cash on instead of being easy prey for pickpockets. Ammo is good but there's only so much you can buy if you don't really use it)

-Remove swat helmet. Since Mike doesn't understand why do we want to remove that helmet protection that hard, it's because let's say you and your friend robbing the bank for that 10 - 18k dollars. Then suddenly another 2 cops came out of nowhere, and the driver has the SWAT skin with his helmet on, which is a big advantage for the driver, if the drive bying criminal doesn't have a good drive by aim accuracy.

I have not been playing for a while due to personal stuff and i don't see myself spending time here just to eventually quit because some People just Like to kill others because they are "helping their friend" or make fun of me because they are bored.
So i just watch the forums and so far it has only been a dissapointment. Immaturity, disrespect and overall unhuman behaviour so im not even surprised some people don't look up the forums.
The server has a bright future if the players would turn from, Let's learn new players that the only thing to do here is shoot/kill/drive-by/respawn/show off...
to: Let's have some fun, improvise and explore what we haven't seen yet.

Theres a reason why the server is quite simply boring.. its because we explored everything there is
robbed bank more than i can count.
fished till lvl 100.. no need for fishing after that
went cop and reached lvl 10.. nothing else to do

Once these new players lvl up and shit.. they will do the exact same thing im doing. go ahead and kill cops and most probably quit because cops are way to overpowered or simply go cop to avoid losing all of ur money ( meaning they will team up and ruin the fun for mws or the other new players tryna grind the game)
its just the cycle of the server right now.
