I don't see Raiden attacking any of you guys. I can show your actions too. First, you killed us on Come-A-Lot which was a valid kill. And after that, you guys came to us at Old Las Venturas Ammunition. I don't see any reason for you to come for us.

First of all, this is an infraction ban.

I checked actions and saw dukii had no revenge on Raiden and Intotya18 was arrested 6 seconds before you started shooting us.

Nobody was shooting Raiden except you, and neither you nor your friend 'dukii' had revenge on Raiden. And also FYI you cannot claim revenge of other players.
