I was within the location at the time and I can confirm what he said was true fact but I want to ask a question to the management regarding this. Perhaps a clarification.
If a cop rams my friend intentionally and is a non threat cop meaning he never shot me . Am I allowed to step in . Shoot that to disable this vehicle? As far am aware criminals can help each other at a situation like this ?

UPD: Vippy and Snax were in their Bullet ~300 metres from me, I wasn't around at the time of Quant0m's death. As I said, I was already minding my business around the Ammunation in Come-A-Lot in my Bullet while the guys were in Rockshore East area (as I assume).
