he already decreased the costs for civilian class, after the next update medical fees aren't that annoying, but why not.

Also remove wealth tax for the rich because why am I paying taxes if I as a civilian don't access to state benefits. At this point the rich can't hold more than 10m in bank

Pop smoke and smixy both has more than 55m in game cash

updated, i forgot the ammo storage, 1k is useless, makes you refill the house safe everytime you get guns.
