-1. Its the only way for cops to destroy a criminal tank of 4 MWs with 2k car health especially if the car driver is having a huge packet loss since it becomes almost impossible to lagpit them. It is well balanced right now as it is limited to only rank 10 cops and has only 500 hp (every vehicle explodes at 249 hp so its basically just 251 hp).
