Car mods gone

I've noticed one more thing about this bug

if you return ur vehicle to storage by urself (using /rpv) then spawn it back (/pv) it won't loose any mod

but if ur car gets returned automatically to storage then spawns automatically near u (city change or if u die and spawn at the hospital or joining the game ) it loses some mods

and this is not happening all the time or everytime the city change or something

Hello i will be moving this topic to known issues since it's still happening but there was a temporary fix
will update you guys when its completely fixed.
