A weird crash
Is it a clean version of the game or do you have any mods installed? The first step in solving game crashes is to remove mods that may be causing them.
all the mods r just a car replaced dff , txd files no any other changes.
oh sorry i forget mod called (car doors collusion ): it makes the car's doors unable to be Permeable and gta 4 .ped file
Try removing all mods and see if it fixes the issue.
